What is church like?
We love God and love our community. It doesn’t matter whether you’re someone new to church or just want to check us out. Everyone is warmly welcomed.
Our service starts at 9:30am and runs for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
On an average week, we sing together to God, pray together, hear the Bible together and someone gives a 20-minute talk encouraging us in what we’ve heard from the Bible.
After the service, we love to continue our time of encouragement together over a tasty morning tea.
Is there a kid’s program?
Yes! We believe in kids learning about Jesus in an age-appropriate way. Kids Church (for toddlers to Year 6) runs at the same time as our 9:30am service.
Kids start together with their parents in the service, then head across to the Hall shortly after we begin. They return at the close of the service.
We want Kids Church to be fun and a safe space. All leaders are required to hold a current Working With Children Check and Safe Ministry license as per our Diocesan standards.
Please note there is usually no kids program for Easter and Christmas services to allow families to celebrate together.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes! The 905 bus departing Bankstown or Fairfield station has a stop just outside St Martin’s on Birdwood Road. You can let the driver know.
Is there free parking on site?
Yes! And if the spaces are full, there’s also plenty of street parking available.
